️ We’re Hiring: Cloud Administrator – Support Cloud Network ️

We are hiring for one of our esteemed clients based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

We are looking for an experienced Cloud Administrator – Support Cloud Network to join a dynamic BFSI environment and support business-critical cloud infrastructure across AWS and Microsoft Azure ️

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Experience: 3+ years

Domain: BFSI

Employment Type: 12-month renewable contract with Accord Innovations

Eligibility: Open to all nationalities currently in Malaysia or willing to relocate

Key Responsibilities

Manage and support cloud networking services across AWS and Azure environments

Configure and maintain VPCs, VNets, subnets, routing, VPNs, and network gateways

Monitor network performance, availability, and capacity utilization

Troubleshoot connectivity, latency, routing, DNS, and firewall-related issues

Implement and maintain cloud network security controls and policies

Support cloud migrations, infrastructure upgrades, and disaster recovery initiatives

Manage load balancers, network firewalls, and cloud-to-on-premises connectivity

Handle incident, problem, and change management activities in line with SLA requirements

Maintain network documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures

Collaborate with cloud architects, security teams, and application teams

Minimum Requirements

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in cloud-related services

Strong experience supporting cloud networking environments

AWS Certified Advanced Networking – Specialty certification is required

Hands-on knowledge of AWS, Azure, VPCs, VNets, VPNs, routing, DNS, firewalls, and load balancing

Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
