- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using provided lead lists.
- Introduce company products or services professionally.
- Qualify leads based on defined business criteria.
- Schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects through calls and other approved communication channels.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Collaborate with internal sales and operations teams for seamless lead handover.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and quality targets.
- Ensure compliance with company processes and communication standards.
- 2-5 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Lead Generation, Contact Center, or Inside Sales.
- Strong experience handling outbound calling campaigns.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
- Experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Freshsales, etc.) is preferred.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment with defined KPIs.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
- B2B lead generation or appointment setting.
- Customer support or voice process experience.
- Experience supporting SaaS, Technology, Banking, Financial Services, E-commerce, BPO, or Staffing industries.
- Experience working with international or regional customers is an advantage.
