RM8,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped Performance Incentives

What You'll Be Doing

Lead and grow courier partnership sales across Malaysia

Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team

Drive new merchant acquisition and expand strategic partnerships

Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to account growth

Collaborate closely with Marketing and Customer Service teams

Monitor pipeline performance and drive KPI achievement

What We're Looking For

️ 3+ years of experience in courier, logistics, e-commerce, or last-mile delivery industries

️ Proven track record in sales leadership, team management, or mentoring

️ Strong B2B sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

️ Results-driven, proactive, and passionate about developing people

️ Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage)
