Job Responsibilities:

• Independently design test plans and test cases, and guide team members in designing test cases.
• Maintain test-related documentation, and assist in debugging and modifying software.
• Conduct functional and performance testing of products, as well as integration testing with third-party software.
• Analyze bugs and work closely with development to ensure projects are released on time and with high quality.
• Responsible for online troubleshooting with customers and collecting necessary information.
• Possess strong interpersonal skills and, when necessary, be responsible for external communication and coordination.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Must have good command in English.
• 3–5+ years of software testing experience, with a solid grasp of the full software testing lifecycle, including test plan formulation, test case design, test execution, and defect tracking. Experience in project coordination or test project management is preferred.
• Operating Systems and Environment: Proficient in Linux operating systems with hands-on experience, capable of skillfully using common commands for system operations, log analysis, process monitoring, and file management. Also proficient in Windows operating systems.
• Must have basic working knowledge of at least one automated testing tool.
• Have a foundation in Python or Java. Experience in writing automation scripts, testing tools, or data processing scripts is preferred.
• Strong logical thinking, problem analysis, and learning abilities. Capable of researching, exploring, and gaining in-depth understanding of new technologies (including third-party software, frameworks, and systems).
• Detail-oriented, highly responsible, and self-motivated. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to accurately identify issues, drive problem resolution, and collaborate effectively with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
• Experience in server-side testing is preferred, with particular preference for experience in testing database proxy service products.
• Ability to leverage AI to improve work efficiency.
