MYFutureJobs are currently assisting Flex Precision Manufacturing (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in their search for an experienced Finance Manager to lead their finance operations in Johor Bahru.

Location: Johor Bahru, Johor

Salary: RM8,000 – RM12,999 (Negotiable)

Type: Permanent, Full Time

What You'll Do:

• Manage full set accounting work, including monthly and yearly account closing and financial reporting
• Oversee cash flow, fund arrangement, and payment/collection procedures
• Formulate company budgets and lead cost accounting/control for machining production
• Handle Malaysia tax filing and coordinate with auditors and external financial partners
• Review financial documents and strengthen internal financial controls
• Analyze financial data to advise management on key business decisions
• Supervise and guide the daily work of the finance team

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of finance management experience, ideally within a sheet metal or machining manufacturing environment
• Strong grasp of local accounting standards, tax policies, and financial regulations
• Proficiency in financial software with solid cost analysis and risk management skills
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, with a hands-on working style and strong leadership ability
