Full Time Contract Manager - Senior Quantity Surveyor (M-E Projects - Construction) Jobs, salary up to SGD 8,500 in ATLAZ PTE. LTD. - Ricebowl

Our Client is seeking a Contract Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor to oversee the contractual and commercial aspects of M&E projects in Singapore.

This role is suitable for experienced contract management professionals as well as strong Senior QS candidates who are ready to take on greater project ownership and progress into a Contract Manager role.

You will work closely with project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients to support cost control, claims management, procurement, and overall commercial administration of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage contract administration for M&E and construction projects from award through final account.
• Review contracts, subcontracts, and commercial agreements.
• Handle project cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Manage variation orders (VO), claims submissions, and final account settlement.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and support procurement activities.
• Monitor project cash flow and cost performance.
• Provide contractual and commercial support to project teams and management.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on contractual matters.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms, company policies, and project requirements.
• Support risk management and commercial dispute resolution where required.

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in contract management or quantity surveying within Singapore construction projects.
• Experience in M&E, ACMV, or building services projects will be preferred.
• Familiar with standard forms of contract such as SIA and PSSCOC.
• Experience in handling variation orders (VO), claims, and final accounts.
• Good understanding of project costing, budgeting, and procurement processes.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Candidates with lesser experience may be considered for Senior Quantity Surveyor position.
