Responsibilities

• Lead insulation projects for construction works to ensure successful execution and delivery
• Develop and implement detailed project schedules, allocating manpower, materials, and resources efficiently
• Supervise site operations to enforce compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and client specifications
• Monitor project progress, control costs, and optimize productivity to meet budget and timeline targets
• Coordinate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth project workflows
• Mentor and develop supervisors and insulation teams to enhance performance and professional growth
• Prepare comprehensive project reports and promptly resolve operational issues to maintain project momentum

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related discipline
• Minimum 8 years of experience in insulation works, including in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of thermal, acoustic, and fireproof insulation systems applied in construction projects
• Good understanding of project management principles, and Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools to support project planning and reporting
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills demonstrated through team management and stakeholder engagement
