## About the Role

Winly Paint Pte Ltd is seeking a responsible, hands-on, and proactive Warehouse Operations Assistant Manager to support and oversee the daily operations of our warehouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient inventory management, supervising warehouse personnel, maintaining workplace safety, and ensuring timely order fulfilment and deliveries.

This role requires an individual who enjoys working in an operational environment and is physically fit, as handling paint products and other materials is part of the daily responsibilities.

## Key Responsibilities

### Warehouse Operations

• Assist in managing the overall day-to-day warehouse operations.

• Ensure smooth receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of goods.

• Monitor warehouse workflow to maximise efficiency and productivity.

• Maintain accurate warehouse records and documentation.

• Ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness of the warehouse.

### Inventory Management

• Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.

• Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits.

• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.

• Coordinate stock replenishment and stock rotation using FIFO principles where applicable.

• Minimise stock loss, damage and obsolete inventory.

### Team Management

• Plan, assign and supervise daily work schedules for warehouse staff.

• Prepare and manage workers' shift rosters, including weekend work where operationally required.

• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality and productivity.

• Train, coach and motivate warehouse personnel.

• Ensure staff comply with company policies and safety procedures.

### Logistics & Delivery Coordination

• Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries.

• Work closely with drivers, suppliers and customers to ensure timely deliveries.

• Assist in route planning and delivery scheduling where required.

• Support loading and unloading activities when necessary.

### Workplace Safety

• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.

• Promote a safe working environment.

• Ensure proper handling and storage of paints, chemicals and related products.

• Report and investigate operational incidents and recommend corrective actions.

### Equipment & Facilities

• Monitor warehouse equipment and arrange servicing when required.

• Ensure proper use and maintenance of forklifts, pallet jacks and warehouse equipment.

• Report maintenance issues promptly.

### Administration

• Prepare operational reports and inventory reports.

• Maintain accurate documentation for stock movement.

• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth operational support.

• Perform other duties assigned by Management.

## Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management or a related discipline.

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse, logistics or operations supervisory experience preferred.

• Possess good leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office applications.

• Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) will be an advantage.

• Possession of a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence is preferred.

• Forklift licence will be an added advantage.

## Physical Requirements

• Physically fit and able to handle warehouse duties.

• Comfortable working in a non-air-conditioned warehouse environment.

• Able to lift and move paint cans, cartons and other products safely.

• Willing to support operational activities during busy periods.

## Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: As per company working hours.

• Saturday: Required.

• Sunday and Public Holidays: May be required based on operational needs.

• Weekend shift allowance of SGD 500 applies in accordance with company policy and assigned weekend duties.
