岗位职责:
1、负责金融科技业务需求分析,交易系统方案设计和代码编写

2、结合最新的架构和Java技术发展趋势,进行技术预研和技术攻关,突破系统和项目中的技术难点

3、持续发现系统中存在的功能、性能、架构等问题并提出改进方案

4、完成领导交代的其它工作

任职要求:
1、8年以上的JAVA开发经验,能够独立完成业务编码

2、精通JAVA语言,数据结构,多线程编程,掌握常用的设计模式,性能优化,具有较好的Java IO、多线程、网络等方面的编程能力

3、精通MySql数据库设计,优秀的SQL编写及调优能力,熟练掌握Redis

4、精通常用分布式服务治理框架(Dubbo等)、微服务框架(Spring Cloud等),有分布式系统架构设计经验,高并发处理能力

5、了解大数据相关技术栈,包括但不限于Hadoop、Flink、Spark、Kafka、Hive等

6、热爱技术研发,有很强的学习能力和进取心,性格开朗,具备合作精神

7、有互联网券商经验优先
