(IFRS17, MFRS9, Life/ General Insurance Product knowledge, Credit Risk Assessment, Stress Testing, Wealth Product, etc)

>>> 1. Malaysia Payroll and Time & Attendance process
2. Knowledge of SAP products (e.g., SuccessFactors) would be helpful
3. Deep understanding of change disciplines (e.g., Agile), transformation management and risk management
4. Sound knowledge of LEAN and experience in leading change and re-engineering processes on a global scale

Functional Skills Sets
(Agile , Design thinking Workshop Facilitation, Business Discovery, Current State Assessment, IT Asssessment)

• 
  Proven experience of delivering Payroll and/or Time & Attendance projects
• Proven experience in operating in a Project Manager role across a multi-discipline programme
• Proven experience of positive, challenging interactions with senior stakeholders
• Proven ability in working across multi-disciplinary and multi-culturally diverse work environments
• Proven experience of managing financial and operational controls within Project boundaries
• Vendor management experience.
