Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, training, and offboarding.
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Administer payroll-related HR processes, attendance, leave management, and employee benefits in collaboration with the payroll team.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, statutory requirements, company policies, and ISO standards by implementing, monitoring, and continuously improving HR and administrative policies, procedures, and controls.
Implement, and maintain HR and Administration policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and document control processes in compliance with ISO requirements, internal controls, and audit standards.
Handle employee relations matters, including grievances and disciplinary actions.
Assist full process of performance appraisal.
Identify, implement and coordinate end-to-end training and development process.
Prepare all HR reports for management.
Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by Management.

Administration:
Assist in the registration and renewal of staff insurance.
Receive, verify, and process staff claims through the HRSB ONE system.
Assist the renewal & new registration for Company Licensing.
Maintain and update company credentials and official documents regularly.
Organize and maintain filing systems, including insurance, office equipment, service maintenance, transport, company certificates, project LOAs, and more.
Oversee office maintenance and equipment management.
Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by immediate superior.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Admin or a related field
Preferable with 2 - 3 years working experience in similar position
Strong organizational, administrative, and time management skills.
