Role Summary

The BIM Modeler is responsible for creating and managing detailed 3D models and shop drawings for precast concrete elements. This role supports the design and production teams by ensuring accurate, coordinated, and constructible models that align with project specifications and manufacturing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM models for precast elements — walls, slabs, beams, columns & staircases.

• Generate detailed shop drawings and reinforcement layouts.

• Prepare and manage design documentation, drawings, calculations & document control forms.

• Coordinate with design engineers, production teams & site personnel.

• Review and cross-check shop drawings for quality and compliance.

• Support clash detection and coordination using BIM tools.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma / NTC in Structural, Architectural Engineering or Draftsmanship.

• Proficient in AutoCAD and BIM software such as Revit, Allplan or Tekla Structures.

• Understanding of precast concrete design, detailing & production workflow.

• Strong attention to detail and able to interpret structural & architectural drawings.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
