About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Logistics Assistant to join the EssilorLuxottica Malaysia team in Skudai, Johor. This is a full-time position based on-site at our warehouse and distribution facility. As a Logistics Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our warehousing, storage and distribution activities. You will assist in ensuring that products are efficiently received, stored, processed and dispatched to meet our customers' demands whilst maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and safety.

JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: 

1. Managing the packing process for both SF and Stock Lens 

1. Ensuring the invoicing is following the correct flow for each product prior delivery to customer 

1. Support the packing process within the distribution process 

1. Matching frame and lens to ensure the order is follow the customer requirements 

1. Managing the inbound and outbound activity 

1. Accurately pick and prepare stock items according to daily warehouse assignments and pick lists. 

1. Complete all picking activities and finalize invoicing documentation accurately before the designated daily cut-off time. 

1. Verify and match frames and lenses correctly to ensure order accuracy and quality standards. 

1. Maintain accuracy, organization, and cleanliness within the warehouse area 

What we're looking for

• Familiar with inventory transactions, stock receiving, picking, packing, and stock transfers. 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook. 

• Strong problem-solving skills 

• Solid experience with MS tools software packages 

• Good understanding of warehouse safety practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

• Minimum SPM and Minimum 1 year experience in warehousing.
