Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Sustainability, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in sustainability, environmental management, ESG, or manufacturing (fresh graduates with relevant internships may be considered).
Knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 50001, ESG reporting, carbon footprint, GHG accounting, and environmental regulations.
Familiar with Malaysia's Environmental Quality Act (EQA), DOE requirements, and sustainability reporting standards.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with sustainability data analysis tools is an advantage.
Develop and implement sustainability initiatives to improve environmental and operational performance.
Monitor energy, water, waste, and greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, and recommend improvement measures.
Ensure compliance with environmental laws, permits, and company sustainability policies.
Prepare ESG, carbon emission, and sustainability reports for management and stakeholders.
Coordinate environmental audits, ISO 14001/50001 activities, and regulatory inspections.
Promote sustainability awareness and support continuous improvement projects across departments.
