Based In Johor

This role requires a candidate with good technical knowledge in Electrical or Mechanical Building Services and strong BIM modelling skills. The candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed drawings, developing accurate BIM models, performing BIM coordination works and supporting the delivery of Data Centre, Industrial, Commercial and Residential projects.

Responsibilities:

-Prepare and update Electrical and Mechanical drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.

- Working with Electrical, Architectural, Mechanical and Structural drawings to provide fully coordinated installation solutions through BIM modelling.

-Develop and maintain BIM models in accordance with project requirements and company BIM standards.

- Work closely with the project team to prepare installation drawings, shop drawings and construction documentation from coordinated BIM models for site installation.

- Coordinate BIM models and drawings with Architectural, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical disciplines.

- Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks and prepare clash analysis reports.

-Attend coordination meetings and assist in resolving design and construction issues.

- Maintain document and drawing control procedures in accordance with company standards and ISO requirements.

-Ensure all drawings and BIM deliverables are completed within project schedules and quality requirements.

- Any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time

Requirements:

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Drafting, BIM, Construction Management or related field.

- Knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical Building Services systems will be an added advantage.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit BIM Modelling and 3D modelling techniques.

- Experience in coordinating with other design teams.

- Proficiency in Navisworks for clash detection and analysis.

- Ability to create clear clash analysis reports.

- At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position

- Fresh graduates with strong Revit skills are encouraged to apply.

- Knowledge of Architectural, Electrical & Mechanical systems installation details and basic local authority requirements

- Willing to travel within KL city center or Johor, depending on management's arrangement

- Field knowledge and experience supervising and/or directing commercial electrical or mechanical installations will be beneficial.

- Computer proficiency, file management and organizational skills.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

-Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently with minimum supervision.

-Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
