Qualification:

• Degree or Diploma in Plantation Management and/ or related fields.

• Experience in plantation operations and industry is required.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in BM.

• Experience in plantation audit, would be an advantage.

• Highly independent and positive towards work commitments.

• Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.

Job Requirements:

• Based in Bakong, full time at plantation estate.

• Experience in motorcycle and/ or 4WD driving at plantation estate.

• Possess own motorcycle for field duties.

• At least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in Field operation or Audit.

• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.

• Able to communicate with all level.

Job Scope:

Contribute towards audit activities, specifically:

• Oversee junior auditors.

• Perform field inspection.

• Conduct regular stock takes.

• Review and identify weaknesses in processes, procedures and internal control.

• Perform follow up on the audit issues highlighted.
