Job Summary

You will perform maintenance and calibration on equipment across various sites, ensuring operational standards through hands-on technical support and customer service. This role offers valuable field experience and exposure to industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and calibration on Cold Storage Equipment, Ovens and Furnaces, and Water Purification Systems following detailed checklists
• Clean equipment components such as compressor system condensers to maintain optimal function
• Obtain customer signoff on electronic service reports and update ticketing systems to close jobs accurately
• Travel to different sites to deliver maintenance services and support operational needs
• Apply interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with customers and team members during service visits
• Use analytical skills to diagnose equipment issues and ensure proper calibration and maintenance
• Complete additional tasks assigned by supervisors to support team objectives

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Knowledge of Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Willingness to learn CRM tools through provided training
• Willingness to receive training on device and equipment maintenance and calibration
• Minimum ITE or Diploma in any Engineering
