Responsibilities

• Ensure that project goes smoothly

• Ensure timely handling over of projects

• Ensure consistent quality adhered

• Ensure main contractor instructions are processed accordingly

• Minimum wastage of materials used

• Monthly claims process

• Look for new projects
  

Requirements

• Relevant experience

• Able to read and understand drawings

• Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays

• Must be able to plan and schedule project

• Must be able to work out material requirement

• Can speak english

• Able to lead

• Independent with initiative

• Cost conscious

• Good inter-personal skills
