Vessel Schedule Management

• Monitor vessel schedules with shipping agents.

• Update ETA/ETB/ETD and berth information.

• Notify departments of schedule changes.

Delivery Coordination

• Coordinate deliveries.

• Arrange trucks, vans and logistics.

• Monitor delivery completion.

Supply Boat Arrangement

• Book supply boats.

• Coordinate boarding and cargo readiness.

Transportation Arrangement

• Arrange transport and optimize logistics.

Shipping Agent Coordination

• Follow up with agent about ship eta and etd

Import & Export Operations

• Prepare shipping documents and customs permits.

• Coordinate freight forwarders.

Local Collection

• Arrange supplier pickups and verify goods.

Supplier Invoice Management

• Verify invoices against PO/DO and submit toFinance.

Documentation

• Maintain operational records and reports.

Communication

• Coordinate with sales, purchasing, warehouse,suppliers and agents.
