岗位职责

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure cost‑effective and quality goods/services.

  • Prepare, review, and process purchase orders in line with company policies.

  • Maintain strong vendor relationships and monitor supplier performance.

  • Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to maintain optimal stock levels.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and statutory requirements in Singapore.

  • Utilize Supply Chain Management (SCM) systems to streamline procurement workflows and generate reports (experience with SCM is an advantage).

  • Support finance in aligning purchasing activities with budgetary requirements.

  • Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely procurement of resources.

Minimum Qualification

  • Nitec in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related discipline.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in purchasing/procurement.

  • Prior experience using SCM systems will be considered an advantage.
