As we continue to expand our operations, we are looking for a dynamic, resourceful, and motivated Resource Planner to join our Resource Planning Department. If you enjoy planning, coordinating people and resources, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule instructor deployments and daily assignments.
• Coordinate manpower and resources to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Provide daily operational and administrative support.
• Monitor project schedules and ensure timelines are met.
• Follow up with internal departments and stakeholders on work progress.
• Handle ad-hoc operational duties and planning assignments as required.

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in resource planning, operations, scheduling, administration, or a similar field is an advantage.
• Candidates with operations experience from other industries are also encouraged to apply.
• Quick-thinking, resourceful, and able to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and prompt responses.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and eager to learn.

A private organization established since 20 July 1983 as a pioneer driving centre in Singapore. We started training for motorcycle riders on 1 April 1985 and motorcar drivers on 1 September 1985. Our mission is to promote road safety and support the long term road safety strategy of the Government. Our vision is to foster both drivers and riders with excellent skills, knowledge and manners for safe driving and riding.

We started operating at its current premises in Woodlands in Year 2010. The multi-storey driving circuit allows training and testing for all classes of licences including Class 4 and Class 5 under one roof. We also conduct defensive driving and riding courses; and refresher driving course for qualified licence holders.
