Job Summary

Drive business growth by formulating strategic plans to acquire and manage corporate clients, coordinating project requirements, and delivering sales targets within the commercial interior design sector.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to identify, target, and secure corporate clients to expand business opportunities
• Proactively acquire new corporate clients to grow the client base and increase revenue
• Create customized networking proposals tailored to specific industry sectors to enhance client engagement
• Coordinate communication among clients, designers, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and met
• Prepare compelling sales and marketing materials to support business development and client acquisition efforts
• Organize and assist in sales and marketing events to increase brand visibility and attract potential clients
• Consistently achieve and deliver assigned sales targets to contribute to company growth
• Ensure timely generation and delivery of all drawings and proposals to meet client expectations and project deadlines
• Support all sales activities by collaborating with internal teams to drive revenue growth
• Manage and maintain strong customer relationships by addressing client needs and fostering loyalty
• Collect, analyze, and report customer feedback and complaints to management for continuous service and product improvement
• Apply knowledge of quality, occupational health, and safety management system processes to support compliance and uphold project standards

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Qualification in Marketing Communications, Business, or related disciplines
• Prior experience in the corporate industry
