Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Engage and Empower Children
Facilitate children's participation in activities that promote autonomy, relatedness, and competency. Support the development of social-emotional confidence and essential life skills.
Programme Management
Plan and implement programmes ranging from community-building activities to social learning and co-creation projects. Adapt and refine programmes based on children's needs and feedback.
Collaboration & Ecosystem Strengthening
Work with stakeholders to foster a supportive, child-centric ecosystem. Build and maintain relationships with community partners, parents, and volunteers.
Team & Operations Support
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth programme operations.
Identify areas for innovation and contribute to continuous improvements.
Supporting Roles:
Assist in 3Pumpkins' projects and fundraising events as needed.
What We Are Looking For:
At least 2 years of experience in volunteering/community work, with a strong track record in supporting children and youth.
Strong initiative in designing and leading child-centric activities aimed at improving SEL, numeracy, and life skills.
Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Flexibility and creativity in a dynamic community-focused environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, contributing to both individual and team goals.
Work Arrangement:
40 hour work week; including Saturdays
Shift work is required: regular days are 9am to 6pm, while onsite days (at most 3 days a week) are 12pm to 9pm
