About the role

As Virtuos scales its agentic AI platform across our global studios, we need strong transformation leaders to drive adoption on the ground. This role owns change management across a portfolio of studios, working closely with our AI builders, AI Champions, and studio leadership to ensure that AI tools and agents deliver measurable impact.

What you will do

• Own the change management and adoption of AI tools across assigned studios
• Act as the voice of the user, providing insights and feedback to central product and engineering teams
• Run enablement, training, and onboarding programs for studio teams
• Identify and address resistance, turning detractors into advocates
• Enable and amplify the AI Champion network across assigned studios

What you will bring

• 4–5+ years of experience in transformation, change management, or management consulting, with hands-on experience driving adoption in complex organizations
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Willingness to travel regularly across Virtuos studios
• Bonus: A technical background in engineering, data, or machine learning, or experience in the gaming or creative industries
