ob Summary

The Sales Support Assistant is responsible for managing sample requests, coordinating shipments, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sample Management & Shipping Coordination

• Receive and review sample enquiries from customers and internal stakeholders.

• Screen and assess sample requests to ensure all required information is complete and complies with company policies before order creation.

• Verify customer requirements, intended applications, and supporting information where necessary.

• Create, process, and maintain sample orders within the system following approval.

• Coordinate sample preparation, documentation, and shipment arrangements.

• Track deliveries and provide customers with timely shipment updates.

• Maintain accurate records of sample requests, approvals, shipments, and related documentation.

2. Regulatory Documentation Support

• Coordinate and submit applications for relevant permits, certificates, and supporting documents as required.

3. Administrative Support

• Perform ad hoc duties and projects assigned by the Manager.

• Assist with general sales support and administrative tasks as needed.

Required Skills :

• Minimum Nitec with at least 1 year of relevant experience in customer / sales support

• Relevant experience the same field or chemical field will be advantageous

• Able to communicate effectively.

• Computer literate

• Able to multi-task and work independently

• Positive attitude and a team player

Other info:

• Frequent Shuttle bus from/to Lakeside MRT & Buroh Lane

• Working hours is 8:30am - 5:30pm, Monday - Friday
