Job Summary

Lead program management to deliver products that meet customer requirements, ensuring cost control, production readiness, and strong customer relations within precision engineering and manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Manage product programs to meet customer specifications and requirements throughout the project lifecycle
• Lead project execution to successfully realize new product introductions on time and within budget
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and alignment with project goals
• Control project costs by tracking expenses and implementing cost-saving measures without compromising quality
• Plan and execute organizational readiness activities for production ramp-up and scale
• Communicate and document engineering changes clearly to all relevant stakeholders for allocated products
• Develop and implement cost reduction and lead time improvement programs in collaboration with customers
• Lead, mentor, and develop the project team to ensure effective program delivery and continuous improvement
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned to support business objectives

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 7 years of program or project management experience in precision engineering or manufacturing
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage customer relationships effectively
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines

Our manufacturing processes include plastic thermoforming (vacuum forming, pressure forming and drape forming), fabrication, hot gas welding, fusion and diffusion bonding, contamination free and high precision CNC machining (2-5 Axis), and chemical delivery system assembly.
