Job Summary

Drive sales growth by developing field plans, acquiring new customers and projects, and collaborating across departments to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed field plans to achieve defined sales targets.
• Conduct new customer visits to generate leads for future projects.
• Secure new projects with existing customers through relationship management.
• Collaborate with co-managers to create pricing, delivery timeline, and partial payment proposals.
• Prepare and monitor accurate sales forecasts, budgets, statistical reports, and maintain customer data and agreements.
• Coordinate with customer care and commercial support teams to ensure timely and accurate product delivery, enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with Technical Service teams to provide effective technical support before, during, and after project completion.
• Oversee sales team activities and evaluate their performance to meet sales objectives.
• Track sales goals and document progress in reports shared with management.
