We are seeking a Weighbridge Operations Assistant to join our dynamic team at our East Region facility. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in supporting our day-to-day operations. As an Operations Assistant, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth running of our refuse disposal operations, working closely with the operations team to maintain scheduling efficiency, coordinate logistics, and support production activities. This role offers the opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, operations-focused environment whilst contributing directly to our company's success.

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Weighbridge Operations Assistant to support our daily depot operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating the weighbridge system, processing vehicle transactions accurately, maintaining operational records, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate the weighbridge system for all incoming and outgoing vehicles.

• Record and process weighbridge transactions accurately and promptly.

• Verify vehicle and transaction details before processing.

• Print and issue weighbridge tickets and other operational documents.

• Perform data entry and maintain accurate operational records.

• Prepare and organise supporting documents for billing.

• File, scan, and maintain operational documents for easy retrieval.

• Report any discrepancies in documentation or records to the Operations Team.

• Maintain a clean, organised, and orderly weighbridge office.

• Carry out other administrative and operational duties assigned by Management.
