We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
• Handle complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain customer records by updating account information.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, technical support) to ensure seamless customer service.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggest process enhancements.
• Meet performance targets such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
• Participate in ISO systems internal audits.

Qualifications

• At least a Diploma in Business Administration / Business Management.
• Proven experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving skills.
• Empathy and active listening skills.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset.
• Resilience under pressure and ability to handle challenging situations.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Min. 3 - 5 years relevant work experience
• Healthcare industry background will be advantageous.
