• Provide general administrative and operational support.

• Handle calls, emails, and enquiries professionally.

• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and other documents.

• Coordinate staff schedules and deployment with employees and clients.

• Maintain invoices, timesheets, delivery orders, and operational records.

• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and service providers.

• Maintain proper filing and ensure confidentiality of records.

• Support the Operations and Management team

• Any other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Training Provided

• Experience with events/project admin is an advantage

• Working Location: Aljunied

• Working Hours: Mon-Fri (9am - 6pm), Sat (9am - 1pm)

• Salary: Up to $2800

• Able to start work immediate or on short notice
