Full Time HR Assistant Jobs, salary up to SGD 3,000 in SINO HOLDINGS (S'PORE) PTE LTD Geylang - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all HR related matter for foreign worker

• Handle data entry and maintain foreign workers' record

• Manage worker dormitory arragements and its relevant matter

• Incharge of foreign worker payroll processing, leave management and attendance record

• Assist in work permit management, including application, renewal, cancellation and permit maintanence and documenation

• Maintain proper filing and HR administrative documents

• Liaise with workers, supervisors and external parties on HR matters

Requirements

• Min Diploma in HR and/ or relevant field

• Posses relevant working experience is an added advantage

• Proficient in Ms Excel & Word

• Good interpersonal skills, independent, pro-active, meticulous and willing to learn

• Initiative and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
