The Body & Paint Controller is responsible for planning , coordinating, monitoring, and controlling all repair activities to ensure vehicles are repair according to quality standards, within targeted turnaround time and within the approved repair costs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily workshop workload and repair queue.
• Allocate jobs to panel beater & spray painter.
• Conduct daily work in progress review.
• Update repair status.
• Perform pre-repair, in-process, and final inspections.
• Ensure all labor, paint, materials, and parts are captures accurately.
• Provide repair status updates and delivery commitments.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ NITEC/ Higher NITEC in Automotive Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3-5 years experiences in claims repair environment preferred.
• Strong Body & Paint process knowledge.
• Leadership & teamwork skills.
