About Enoch Surfaces

Enoch Surfaces Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-based supplier of premium SPC flooring and interior surface materials, backed by an established manufacturing group with over 10 years of industry experience and successful operations across China, Thailand and Malaysia.

We are currently building our Singapore team and are looking for a responsible individual to help manage our warehouse inventory.

Job Responsibilities

• Check inbound stock against delivery documents.
• Check outbound stock before customer deliveries.
• Perform routine stock takes.
• Update and maintain inventory records using HubSpot.
• Report inventory discrepancies promptly.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team on daily stock movements.
• Liaise with our China factory regarding incoming shipments.
• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of warehouse, inventory or logistics experience preferred.
• Experience conducting stock takes.
• Comfortable using computers and willing to learn HubSpot.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Careful, responsible and organised.
• Able to work independently.
• English required. Mandarin is an advantage for communication with our China factory.

Work Location

• Primary work location: Warehouse in Tuas .
