Job Summary

Join our growing team as a Sales Support & Customer Service Executive, providing administrative and sales support, preparing quotations, handling customer enquiries, and maintaining strong customer relationships to deliver excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and sales support to the sales team to facilitate smooth operations
• Prepare accurate quotations and related documentation to support sales processes
• Maintain showroom
• Answer all incoming calls, meet & greet all clients & visitors to showroom
• Respond promptly to call-in customer enquiries and follow up on orders to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain strong relationships with customers by delivering excellent service and timely communication
• Organize tasks efficiently, manage multiple priorities, and pay close attention to details to support team goals
• Use Microsoft Office applications proficiently to prepare documents and reports
• Demonstrate a positive attitude, cheerful personality, and willingness to learn to contribute to a collaborative work environment

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior experience in sales support and/or customer service to enhance job performance
