岗位职责

  • Perform welding, cutting, and fabrication work according to drawings and specifications.
  • Operate welding machines, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Inspect welds for quality, strength, and proper alignment.
  • Prepare, fit, and position metal components before welding.
  • Follow approved welding procedures and safety standards.
  • Maintain welding equipment, tools, and work areas.
  • Identify and correct welding defects and fabrication issues.
  • Coordinate with supervisors and other workers to complete tasks on schedule.
  • Follow PPE, fire prevention, and workplace safety requirements.
  • Maintain good housekeeping and minimize material waste.
