Job Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of empty containers during gate-in and gate-out.
• Check containers for damages, defects and overall condition.
• Take photographs of container damages for documentation purposes.
• Assess the extent of damage and recommend suitable repair methods.
• Prepare inspection and repair-related documentation.
• Communicate and coordinate with customers regarding container damages and repairs.
• Participate in joint inspections with customers and external parties.
• Assist with traffic control within the container yard when required.
• Locate and identify containers within the yard.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and company guidelines.

Job Requirements

• Candidates without relevant experience are welcome to apply.
• OJT training will be provided.
• Physically fit and comfortable performing physically demanding work.
• Comfortable working at height when required.
• Comfortable working outdoors and under hot weather conditions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, attentive and willing to learn.
• Willing to work in Tuas.
• Willing to work overtime when required.

Pay: $2,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
