We are looking for a Pro-Audio Solutions & Project Engineer to join our team. This role is suited to a technically capable and proactive individual who enjoys working with both technology and people.

The successful candidate will be involved in the full project lifecycle, from pre-sales, system design and tender submissions through to project coordination, implementation and troubleshooting .

You will work closely with clients, consultants, suppliers, manufacturers, contractors and internal teams to develop practical and cost-effective pro-audio solutions that meet project requirements and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sales & Solutions Design

• Understand client requirements and propose suitable pro-audio systems and solutions.
• Develop system concepts, configurations and technical solutions based on project requirements.
• Prepare equipment selections, system specifications and technical proposals.
• Support sales presentations and technical discussions with clients.
• Attend site visits and client meetings when required.

Tender & Technical Submissions

• Review tender documents, specifications and project requirements.
• Prepare and coordinate technical tender submissions.
• Prepare equipment schedules, technical specifications, compliance documents and related documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers for product information, quotations and technical support.
• Ensure submissions are accurate, complete and submitted within required deadlines.

Technical Drawings & Documentation

• Prepare and/or coordinate system drawings, schematics, layouts and simulation drawings.
• Develop technical documentation for tender submission, installation and project execution.
• Coordinate technical information with consultants, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Review proposed systems to ensure they are practical and compliant with project requirements.

Project Coordination & Troubleshooting

• Coordinate projects from the pre-sales stage through implementation and completion.
• Work closely with clients, suppliers, installers, contractors, consultants and internal teams.
• Monitor project requirements, schedules and deliverables.
• Assist in resolving technical and coordination issues during project implementation.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting when required.

Client & Supplier Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers and manufacturers.
• Communicate confidently with different stakeholders and understand their requirements.
• Work with suppliers to identify suitable products, solutions and technical alternatives.
• Represent the company professionally during meetings, presentations and project discussions.

Requirements

• Experience in Pro-Audio, AV, System Integration or a related technical field .
• Good knowledge of professional audio systems, equipment and system design.
• Experience in pre-sales, tender preparation, technical submissions or project coordination will be an advantage.
• Ability to understand technical specifications, drawings and project requirements.
• Experience with system drawings, schematics and technical documentation.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Mature, responsible, confident and sociable personality.
• Comfortable working with clients, suppliers, consultants and colleagues.
• Good team player with the ability to work independently.
• Proactive, resourceful and willing to learn.
• Able to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
