Responsibilities

• Promote and sell construction-related products and technical solutions to targeted clients
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and end users to support sales growth
• Prepare accurate quotations and proposals, and follow up on sales enquiries to secure orders
• Conduct product presentations and deliver technical recommendations tailored to client needs
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely project execution and enhance customer satisfaction
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in Engineering or related discipline from a Singapore Polytechnic or equivalent
• Engineering background to understand and communicate technical product details effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to prepare sales documents and presentations
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients and internal teams
• Self-driven, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Possession of a valid Class 3 driving licence (preferred but not mandatory)
