岗位职责

  • Conduct NDT Tests : Perform nondestructive tests using techniques such as ultrasonic, radiographic, liquid penetrant, magnetic particle, and eddy current testing to assess the integrity of materials and structures.
  • Develop Testing Procedures : Create and implement testing protocols and procedures tailored to specific materials and applications.
  • Interpret Results : Analyze test results, prepare detailed reports, and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Equipment Management : Set up, calibrate, and maintain NDT equipment to ensure accurate and reliable testing results.
  • Documentation : Maintain comprehensive records of tests performed, results obtained, and any corrective actions taken.
