We are seeking a candidate to support the trader with daily bunker operations. The position involves reporting to the Trader, assisting with trading activities, and overseeing bunker operations.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist traders in transactions

• Conduct KYC and vessel checks

• Track inventory and trades

• Deal with inquiries and coordinate bunker operations

• Business development may involve travel.

• Support in resolving disputes, communicate well to manage any claims arising

• Build rapport with various parties
  

Requirements:

• Certificate/ Diploma in Maritime/ Marketing or equivalent.

• Able to respond and resolve operation matters midnight/ odd hours/ weekend

• Minimum 2 years relevant experience preferred.

. Knowledge in maritime law

• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.

• Must be detail-oriented.

• Able to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

• Capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines.
