Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Create and publish engaging content, including photos, videos, reels, and promotional posts.
• Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
• Take photos and videos of products, showroom displays, completed projects, and company events.
• Write captions and respond to customer enquiries and comments on social media.
• Coordinate with the sales and showroom teams to promote new products, promotions, and campaigns.
• Monitor social media performance and prepare basic monthly reports.
• Assist in updating the company website and online marketing materials when required.
• Stay updated on social media trends and recommend new ideas to increase engagement.
• Perform other administrative duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Passionate about social media, content creation, and digital marketing.
• Experience in managing social media accounts will be an advantage.
• Candidates with relevant experience will be considered regardless of educational qualifications.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, AI or similar design and video editing tools.
• Good photography and videography skills will be an added advantage.
• Creative, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
• Fresh graduates and junior candidates are welcome to apply.
