Job Description & Requirements

About Us:

Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Responsibilities
Prepare and submit Employment Pass (EP), S Pass (SP), and Work Permit (WP) applications in compliance with regulations.

Draft documents, letters, and forms based on company templates.

Prepare payroll, ensure accurate salary calculations, and generate payroll reports.

Sort, process, and track invoices and other financial documents.

Maintain organized records and filing systems for easy retrieval.

Liaise with government agencies, vendors, and internal teams as required.

Assist with general office administration and ad-hoc tasks as needed.
