Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth by identifying new market opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing business strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets while supporting the company's long-term growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client portfolio and market presence.
• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, business partners, and key stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and business opportunities.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, quotations, and contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet clients' business needs.
• Manage the full business development cycle from lead generation to contract execution and account management.
• Attend networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings to promote the company's services.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare business development reports, and provide strategic recommendations to management.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining regular communication and delivering quality service.
• Support the development of strategic partnerships and explore new market segments to drive sustainable business growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, account management, or a related role.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing successful business strategies.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel for business meetings and client engagements when required.
