Job Duties and Responsibility

• Handle RFQ and queries from new and existing customers
• Computing of pricing and preparation of sales quotation
• Issuance of sales orders, invoices, delivery orders and other related documents
• Liaise and follow up on Purchase Orders with customers
• Process Purchase Orders to suppliers
• Communicate and coordinate with various department on sales orders and customers' requests
• Oversee project status and coordinate with relevant department to ensure timely delivery
• Any other duties assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O-Level, Nitec, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2years of Sales Administration or related administrative experience in the Precision Engineering industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Meticulous, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and commitment to delivering quality work.
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to take initiative in communicating and collaborating with Management and internal stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) is an advantage.
