岗位职责

Plan, coordinate, and supervise civil construction project activities to achieve project milestones and quality standards
Review project drawings, technical specifications, and engineering documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
Collaborate with project managers, site managers, supervisors, subcontractors, and consultants to align project objectives and resolve issues
Monitor project progress regularly to ensure work is completed according to schedule and budget
Conduct site inspections to verify construction quality and compliance with design and safety requirements
Enforce adherence to safety regulations and company safety policies on site to maintain a safe working environment
Prepare and maintain detailed project reports, documentation, and progress updates for stakeholders
Manage site materials, equipment, and manpower to optimize resource utilization and maintain workflow
Identify and resolve technical and engineering challenges to maintain project progress
Ensure projects comply with quality, environmental, health, and safety standards
