Online Sales Account Executive

About the Role

We're looking for a Online Sales Account Executive to join our team and drive revenue growth for our e-commerce and retail product lines. You'll own relationships with customers and partners from first contact through close, working closely with marketing and operations to hit sales targets and grow our online customer base.

This is an on-site role based at our office — ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced sales environment and wants to be in the room with the team.

What You'll Do

• Manage a full sales pipeline from lead qualification through close for online/e-commerce accounts
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and upsells
• Proactively source and pursue new sales opportunities via outbound outreach, referrals, and inbound leads
• Deliver product presentations and proposals tailored to customer needs
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals that meet revenue targets
• Track pipeline activity and forecast accurately in the CRM
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, promotions, and lead generation
• Stay current on product catalog, market trends, and competitor offerings
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas

What We're Looking For

• 1–4 years of experience in sales, ideally in e-commerce, retail, or consumer products
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
• Self-motivated with strong time-management and organizational skills
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience

Nice to Have

• Experience selling on marketplaces (Shopee/Lazada)
• Familiarity with retail/e-commerce sales cycles and seasonality
• Prior experience in a quota-carrying B2B or B2C sales role
