Key Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by identifying new revenue opportunities, including VIP clientele, corporate bookings, private events, and strategic partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event organisers, promoters, and influencers to expand the business network.
• Manage VIP client portfolios and ensure exceptional customer experiences to encourage long-term loyalty.
• Plan and support promotional campaigns, themed events, and entertainment initiatives to increase attendance and revenue.
• Monitor sales performance, customer trends, and business opportunities, providing regular reports and recommendations to management.
• Strengthen the company's market presence through competitor analysis and business development initiatives.
• Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to ensure successful event execution while complying with relevant Singapore regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in business development.
• Proven ability to generate revenue and develop new business opportunities.
• Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
