Looking for IT Manager Roles and Responsibility· Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with organizational goals.

• Plan and prioritize IT initiatives to support business objectives.

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of IT professionals.

• Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively.

• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure.

• Work with vCISO on network security, stability, and scalability.

• Manage hardware and software procurement, installation, and upgrades.

• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.

• Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.

• Allocate resources and manage project budgets effectively.

• Monitor project progress and mitigate risks proactively.

• Develop and enforce IT security policies and procedures.

• Implement measures to protect data integrity and confidentiality.

• Stay abreast of security threats and vulnerabilities, and implement appropriate controls.

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

• Coordinate with vCiso on the policy implementation and follow up the recommendation stated by vCiso

• Provide technical support to end-users and resolve escalated issues.

• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance IT literacy among employees.

• Implement best practices and methodologies to enhance efficiency and productivity.

• Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating effective communication.

• Ensure license are up to date

Requirement

• At least 2 years of progressive experience in end user devices and Infrastructure

• Good understanding of IT principles and practices would be advantageous.

• Ability to translate technical information to non-technical audiences

• Toa Payoh area

- Monday - Friday (8:30am - 6pm)
