Luxior Concept is a premium interior design studio in Singapore focused on creating thoughtfully designed homes that balance aesthetics, functionality, and the way our clients live.

We are looking for an Interior Designer who is creative, detail-oriented, and confident in managing residential renovation projects from initial consultation through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Client meetings with homeowners to understand their lifestyle, design preferences, renovation requirements, and budget.
• Develop creative and functional interior design concepts tailored to each client.
• Prepare space planning, design proposals, mood boards, material selections, and presentations.
• Produce and/or coordinate 2D drawings and 3D visualisations for client presentations and project execution.
• Prepare quotations and explain proposed renovation works clearly to clients.
• Manage projects from design development to renovation and handover.
• Coordinate closely with contractors, suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Conduct site visits and monitor renovation progress, workmanship, and design execution.
• Manage project timelines and resolve site or design-related issues efficiently.
• Maintain strong communication with clients throughout the renovation journey.
• Stay updated on interior design trends, materials, construction methods, and residential design solutions.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Spatial Design, or a related field preferred.
• Relevant experience in Singapore’s interior design / renovation industry is an advantage.
• Good understanding of residential renovation, space planning, materials, and construction details.
• Proficiency in relevant design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or equivalent.
• Strong aesthetic sense with an eye for materials, proportions, colours, and detailing.
• Confident in communicating and presenting ideas to homeowners.
• Able to manage multiple projects and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible, organised, proactive, and solution-oriented.
• Knowledge of HDB, condominium, and landed residential renovation is an advantage.
