Responsibilities:

• Performs a range of general clerical, accounting and administrative support function

• Updating and maintaining of records required

• To handle filing of invoices, documents and data entries

• Liaising with vendors/other departments when needed

• Perform other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum ‘O’ Level

• Competent in MS Office Applications, MYOB, GST related knowledge

• Responsible and highly motivated individual

• Positive working attitude

• Independent, meticulous and possess initiative

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin - Processing of documents in Mandarin needed. Proficiency in Mandarin is

essential

• Experience in full set of accounts is an advantage

• 5-day work week

• Able to start work immediately
